Respite as Buhari extends Immigration CG, Jere’s tenure till May 29, 2023

The tenure of the Acting Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Isah Jere has been extended till May 29, 2023.

Controller Tony Akuneme, Public Relation Officer of the Service, made the disclosure on friday.

Comptroller Akuneme said the tenure extension was contained in a letter signed by the Chief of Staff to the president, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari.
