The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Port Standing Task Team (PSTT) and the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) on Thursday trained members of the Association of Maritime Journalists of Nigeria AMJON on the topic: Enhancing Capacity/Efficiency on Modern News Reportage at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), Topo, Badagry, Lagos State.

The training according to the president of the group, Paul Ogbuokiri, is to 3nhabce the capacity and sharpen the knowledge of reporters on how well to report the sector.

He added that technology evolves by the day, hence the need for journalists to catch up with trends in the society.
