ITF raises alarm over global attacks on female journalists

The International Transport Workers Federation ( ITF) has raised alarm over abuses on female journalists saying it is not only women transport workers that face the menace.

The International workers body noted that journalists are under attacks both on and offline.

ITF summarized that such attacks are aimed at curbing free speech which it stated that it was not part of the the profession.
