Hilarious! Failed PDP aspirants go after delegates to recoup their money.
Some failed aspirants in the recent Kaduna People’s Democratic Party (PDP) primaries have reportedly been moving from house to house to arrest delegates who collected their money and did not vote for them.
Also, an unnamed aspirant who failed to secure the party’s ticket, has reportedly recovered over N100 million from delegates using local vigilantes and hunters.
Senator Shehu Sani, a former APC senator made the disclosure via his verified Twitter handle on Tuesday night
He however did not disclose the name of the aspirant.
He said, “A man who has lost the House of reps ticket in Kaduna has recovered over M100 Million from Delegates this evening using vigilantes and hunters,” Sani tweeted on Tuesday night.
Sani’s tweet could not be independently verified as at the time of filing this report.
In some other various reports, Adam Namadi, son of former Vice-President Namadi Sambo, after securing just two votes allegedly asked delegates to refund the N2 million each he doled out before the PDP primaries in Kaduna North Federal Constituency of the House of Representatives.
Namadi, who allegedly promised to add N1.5 million to the amount given to each of the delegates, secured the least votes among the three contenders.
