Gunmen attack Kuje prison, release hardened criminals.

The Correctional facility came under attack at about 10:00 pm, triggering cross fire with security operatives.

Residents around the facility area were said to have taken to social media in panic mode to share unfolding 3v3nt as shooting reportedly pervaded the area lasting for a long period of time

People Gazette said a tip security source disclosed that the gunmen seized control of the prison and released many hardened criminals in what lasted about three hours.

Quoting the source, the news medium said, “All major, biggest terrorists, armed robbers and kidnappers have escaped.”

“Abba Kyari, Farouk Lawn and other white-collar detainees are still here but mist violent criminals and terrorists have been released, it quoted another prison source.
