Maritime guru and former member, Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN), Prince (Dr.) Bakare Isiaka Adeyinka (BIA) has reportedly joined the race for the Federal House of Representatives member for Epe in 2023 elections
Adeyinka who is the CEO of De-Porters Limited, a conglomerate with interest in freight forwarding, importation of goods, agriculture, real estate, among others is to give the other contestants the run for their money.
The renowned freight forwarder who is also the President General, National Association of Freight Forwarders and Air Consolidators (NAFFAC), is described as the leading contender for the post.
He is seeking his ticket under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
In a statement by his campaign organization, Adeyinka seeks the ticket to the lower chamber to use his wealth of experience to sponsor bills that will transform the lives of his constituents and Nigerians in general.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, De-Porter Group, Adeyinka is said to own a multi-billion Naira firm that has created employment opportunities to hundreds of people across the globe.
Founded in 2007, the firm has since grown.
