NIMASA celebrates dockworkers for crucial roles to nation's development

The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) will on Wednesday, 11th December, 2024 celebrate Nigerian dockworkers in acknowledgement of their contributions to the development of Nigeria’s maritime sector.
The apex maritime regulatory agency added that the celebration is in recognition of the hard work and the roles of labours who are crucial! to tne nation’s economy by ensuring the smooth operation of parts and the efficient transportation of goods.
This year’s celebration which comes with the theme, “SAFETY FIRST, EFFICIENCY ALWAYS “is slated to hold at NPA Sport Ground, Bode Thomas, Surulere, Lagos at 10am
Recall that the maiden edition of the dockworkers celebration took place last year on December 2023 which NIMASA described as a resounding success
The celebration will no doubt, boost the productivity of the workers and give them the sense of belonging.
