Many injured as passenger train crushes BRT bus at Ikeja,

A passenger train on Thursday rammed into a Lagos state owned BRT staff bud at PWD junction, Ikeja area of the state

The train which was said to be coming from Agege, met the BRT bus with staff of Lagos state government on board crossing the rail to link Ikeja GRA according to the account of a sympathiser

It could not be immediate ascertained the number of casualties but the BRT bus was reportedly smeared with fresh blood of the victims.

The accident has caused a gridlock on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway from for motorists coming from Oshodi around Shogunle to Ikeja-Along.
