Sallah: SSASCGOC, Maritime branch felicitates Muslim faithfuls, workers; salutes NPA management
The leadership of the Senior Staff Association of Statutory Corporations and Governed Owned Companies (SSASCGOC), Maritime Branch has felicitated all Muslim faithfuls across the globe especially members of the union on the occasion of the 2023 Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
The Senior Staff union president, Comrade Akinola Bodunde enjoined the Muslims to use the occasion to pray for the country even as he said that it was a time for a sober reflection.
He sued for mutual love and comraderies between both faiths as well as among the staff of the Nigerian Ports Authority saying that is the only means through which the industry will advance the economy of the country.
Comrade Biodun also appreciated the management of NPA led by Mr. Mohammed Bello Koko and the Executive Management for their immense contributions to the welfare of employees and the Port development generally.
He said, “On behalf of the union, I greet all the Muslim brothers and sisters in this industry Barka de Sallah.
”Allah has made it possible for us to witness another Eid-el-Kabir again.
“May the blessing of Allah fill our lives with peace, joy, and good health.
“May Almighty Allah accept our good deeds and sacrifices, alleviate our sufferings, and forgive us all for our transgressions,” he prayed.
