MWUN boss, Bunu condoles Tinubu, FG over demise of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

The President – General of Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN), Comrade Francis Bunu Abi has commiserated with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the federal government over the demise of former President Muhammadu Buhari, whose sad event occurred on Sunday.
In a statement by Comrade John Kennedy Ikemefuna, Head of Media, MWUN, the labour leader described late President Buhari as man of absolute discipline, an incorruptible character, built with the will of leadership, which characterised his visionary leadership of the country.
Comrade Bunu added that Buhari was a man of honour, integrity, with a strong passion for the Unity of Nigeria, believing that under his watch as President, Nigeria must remain one very strong and progressive indivisible entity.
He said that Buhari might mean different things to different groups of people and individuals in the country, the truth remained that he was that transparent leader whose love for the country could not be overemphasized; however, he might have had his flaws as a human but that doesn’t mean that Buhari did not mean well for the citizenry and the country in general.
The veteran Seafarer and astute Maritime Expert has urged all Nigerians to mourn alongside the Federal Government, the Government of Katsina State and the good people of his home town of Daura, his entire immediate and extended families, hoping that the remains of the late President is accorded a befitting state burial and in accordance with Islamic rights.
The MWUN PG prayed that the Almighty God grant the soul of the late President Alujanna; while granting the family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
