Guided by the seven Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross Movement, the new leaders are expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in their service to humanity.
In addition to upholding the Society’s ethics, Ekama is expected to bring his wealth of experience to promoting, projecting and amplifying the activities of the NRCS at the local, state, national and international levels.
During the decoration of the newly certified members, the Secretary of the Lagos State Branch of the NRCS, Lasisi Kolawole, expressed optimism that the Alimosho Division has what it takes to triple its membership drive.
He urged the new leaders to embrace human skills development and focus more on capacity building.
