The visit underscores the SSASCGOC Maritime Branch’s commitment to fostering collaboration and improving working conditions at one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing seaports located in Lagos.

Bodunde acknowledged the challenging working conditions faced by NPA management and staff, particularly the crowded workspaces and accommodation issues.

During the visit, Bodunde, alongside the Branch Executive Committee (BEC), expressed appreciation for the strong working relationship with Comrade Emmanuel and his team. He encouraged the Lekki Port team to continue their efforts to boost revenue generation and support the leadership of Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho in advancing the port’s overall development.

He assured the workers that their concerns would be promptly raised with the NPA management.

The SSASCGOC Maritime president also urged the workforce to maintain their support for both port management and the union to ensure enhanced performance and growth.
